Carbon-Ti X-CarboRing / X-CarboRing EVO BCD 110 (4 arms) DA9200 are the latest evolution of super light chainrings for Road Racing, Gravel or Cross bikes with a composite structure in aluminum alloy and carbon fiber. They are the result of a long process that aimed to create a product very different from those currently available on the market. These are chainrings for double setup, with 110 mm BCD 4-arms, compatible with cranks like Shimano Dura-Ace FC-9200, Shimano Ultegra FC-8100, SRM Origin, Rotor INSpider, etc. produced in 34T-36T-40T-44T-46T (inner chainring) and in 50T-52T-54T-56T-58T (EVO outer chainring).

X-CarboRing / X-CarboRing EVO BCD 110 4 arms DA9200 chainrings are made by coupling a functional part in aluminum (where the teeth of the chainring are) to a structural part in carbon fiber using specific grade 5 titanium pins.

The aluminum part is machined from solid through sophisticated numerical control machining starting from a plate of aeronautical alloy (7075T6). This very hard material guarantees a much longer duration over time than a normal aluminum chainring and helps to limit the premature wear of the chainring itself.

The carbon fiber part has a double function, it acts as a structural support helping to increase the rigidity and to contain the weight at the same time; it also contains specific ramps and slides that facilitate the ascent and descent of the chain during derailing (on outer chainrings). It starts from a high quality carbon fiber plate with a thickness of 5 mm which is initially cut with waterjet technology and then milled with CNC numerical control. Carbon-Ti has invested a lot of time in studying and experimenting with solutions and design capable of guaranteeing the best shifting quality both in terms of precision and speed!

The aluminum part has a black anodized finish, while the carbon fiber part has a glossy 3k twill aesthetic finish.

The fixing standard is BCD 110 mm with 4 arms, therefore dedicated to cranks with this compact standard such as Shimano Dura-Ace FC-9200, Shimano Ultegra FC-8100, SRM Origin, Rotor INSpider. The X-CarboRing / X-CarboRing EVO BCD 110 4 arms DA9200 chainrings are compatible with Shimano Dura-Ace 9200 and Ultegra 8100 groupsets and all other previous 11 speed groupsets (they're not compatible with Sram AXS 12v groupsets : Red, Force, Rival eTap for which are available specific X-AXS chainrings).

It is specified when writing compatible with groups of a certain type, it does not mean that the chainrings mount on the original cranks of that group, but that they are compatible with the rest of the transmission (chain, cassette etc.), compatibility with the crank arm is therefore different from the compatibility with the group. To be fixed to compatible cranks, the X-CarboRing / X-CarboRing EVO BCD 110 4 arms DA9200 chainrings require male and female chainring bolts of standard length like Carbon-Ti X-Fix Road chainring bolts kit (made of 7075T6 CNC aluminum and available in various anodized colors) but we recommend using the specific X-Cover DA9200 Black kit (compatible with Dura-Ace 9200 12s, Dura-Ace 9200-P 12, Ultegra FC-R8100, Ultegra FC-R8100-P cranks) characterized by standard male chainring bolts and custom female chainring bolts that connect perfectly with the shapes of the crank arms previously indicated.
