The Data Controller may process certain personal data of users interacting with the website's services, in particular:

  • Management of visitor/user requests, processing of purchase orders for products and services offered, including all aspects related to payment methods, shipping management, the exercise of the right of withdrawal for distance purchases, and updates on the availability of temporarily unavailable products and services;

  • Compliance with obligations under EU and national legislation, public order protection, and the detection and prosecution of crimes;

Recipients of personal data:
The data will be stored by the Data Controller and may be communicated to:

Place of processing:
The data collected by the site is processed at the Data Controller's headquarters and at the Web Hosting datacenter. The Web Hosting (My Server Web – Grosseto), as Data Processor, processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller in compliance with European regulations.

Retention period of personal data:
The data collected will be processed exclusively for the purposes mentioned above and stored for the time strictly necessary to provide the requested service. In any case, this period will not exceed 1 year, unless otherwise agreed with the data owner, after which the Data Controller will proceed with the automatic deletion of the collected personal data.

Rights of the Data Subject:
We also inform you that the Regulation grants specific rights to data subjects. In particular, the data subject may exercise the following rights at any time:

  • Access their personal data, obtaining confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed and, if so, be informed about the purposes pursued by the Data Controller, the categories of data involved, the recipients to whom the data may be communicated, the applicable retention period, and the existence of automated decision-making processes;

  • Obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data without undue delay;

  • Obtain, in certain cases, the erasure of personal data without undue delay;

  • Obtain, in certain cases, the restriction of processing or object to it;

  • Request the portability of the data provided to the Data Controller, i.e., to receive it in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, also for the purpose of transmitting it to another Data Controller without hindrance from the Data Controller to whom it was provided, within the limits set by Article 20.

For the processing referred to in point d) of the purposes ("direct marketing"), the data subject may always withdraw consent and exercise the right to object to direct marketing.

The data subject also has the right to:

  • Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority under Article 77 of the Regulation;

  • Obtain all available information on the origin of personal data, if not collected from the data subject;

  • Be informed of the existence of adequate safeguards, if personal data is transferred to a third country or international organization.
