    Sram XX1 Eagle AXS shifter has got an aluminum support that hold the shifter body to the handlebar clamp or matchmaker. The support is fixed to the shifter body through a steel pin.

    Hopp Carbon make some special parts, like a carbon fiber shifter body support and an aluminum pin to replace Sram stock parts. This tuning will save some weight first but also give a better look and adds some exclusivity.

    The main support is carbon fiber made with high pressure resin transfer molding technology and has got UD matte finishing.     Hopp Carbon SL (Superlight) support isn't 100% the same of the stock one because has got only one fixing hole instead of two, so there's no way to change the position of the shifter from the clamp. Installation is very simple and doesn't affect safety, reliability and usability.

    The support and the pin weighs together only 6.7 grams instead of 18 grams of stock parts, so the weight saving is about 11 grams, which's more than 60% !
