GrigioCarbonio Integrale is an advanced and performing integrated handlebar for MTB use (XC, XCO, Marathon), it is also among the lightest (weights starting from 139 gr.) and undoubtedly among the most beautiful and aesthetically cared for with a racing and elegant look at the same time.

Integrale handlebar has a functional and captivating design, it is made with high quality material and with exquisite workmanship, it is a product that is well cared for even in terms of aesthetics down to the smallest detail, worthy of the best Italian craftsmanship tradition. The beautiful 3K Twill or Unidirectional (UD) weave and the embossed GC logo enhance the sinuous and elegant shapes.

It is an entirely monolithic structure made of carbon fiber, this type of construction offers several advantages and allows for a much more resistant and performing product. Since there are no interruptions, the fibers work homogeneously without stress points with a linear and progressive behavior distributing the loads over a larger surface. Unlike the classic stem/handlebar combination, this type of architecture avoids the constant and localized stresses introduced by tightening the screws that fix the handlebar and significantly prolongs its fatigue life. So no compression of the handlebar with danger of cutting, involuntary rotation and failure; the final result is a solidity that a traditional solution can never have.

The absence of the constraint on the circular shape makes it possible to use alternative solutions to optimize the behavior of the handlebar itself. Integrale handlebar in the central connection area with the stem is equipped with a geometry with a variable section, reduced vertically which allows to increase the flexion of the handlebar and consequently the absorption of roughness and general comfort and increased horizontally which allows to improve torsional stiffness with greater reactivity and driving precision.

The two screws fixing the head tube are made of titanium, the best material that can be used in contact with the carbon fiber as being inert it does not create any kind of oxidation problems. The Integrale handlebar occupies 45 mm in height on the head tube.

Integrale handlebar features an 8° Backsweep angle and a 4° Upsweep, the rise is zero. The handlebar width is between 700 mm and 780 mm (but also shorter on request).

As for the length of the equivalent stem, the following measures are available: 50-60-70-80-90-100 mm. The inclination of the stem is available with both -6 ° and -17 ° angle. The lowered position allows you to lower the center of gravity and load more the front for greater control of the bicycle and a more efficient pedaling.

Integrale handlebar is made with Torayca T800 fiber, one of the most performing intermediate modulus fibers, developed for the aerospace sector and capable of optimizing the strength/weight ratio to the maximum.

If the materials used are very important, the way and the technology with which they are used is even more important. Integrale handlebar is made with monolithic technology (monocoque) and is characterized by a "sandwich" structure with layers of twill type external bidirectional fabric that wrap a "core" in unidirectional UD fabric. The twill fabric is characterized by greater resistance to impacts and delamination while the unidirectional fabric allows you to make the most of the structural and mechanical properties of the fiber.

Then there are some construction details that are not visible in the finished product but that make the difference in terms of quality and reliability, such as the use of special reinforcements in the clamping area of ​​shifter controls, brake levers and remote controls. The area in contact with the head tube is also "closed" thus increasing the contact surface, improving tightening, reducing stress and also increasing torsional rigidity.

About safety, Integrale handlebar has brilliantly passed both the laboratory tests and those on the competition races and obviously those required by law. Its monolithic structure, the use of the best materials and the best technologies, makes it really highly safe and performing like few others on the market!

With weights starting from just 139 grams (150 grams in combination -17 ° x 70 mm x 740 mm, tolerance +/- 5%), Integrale handlebar is among the lightest integrated handlebars on the market and also among the lightest options absolutely possible. We specify that the UD texture adds about 5 grams of weight compared to the 3k Twill, while the glossy finish adds about 3 grams of weight compared to the matte one. The lighter combination then comes out with a 3k Twill matte finish. There is no maximum weight limit for the biker!

We remind that saving weight on peripherals (such as the handlebars) is very important, as it allows you to lower the center of gravity for greater stability and driveability and also allows you to minimize the energy dissipated to counteract the pendulum effect of the bike that oscillates sideways during the thrust (especially when pedaling out of the saddle). These are details that at certain levels can make the difference and that should not escape an attentive and demanding biker.

Upon request, and without extra charge, it is possible to ask for the computer support predisposition. We are talking about a little plate with two threaded bushes , placed on the lower side of the handlebar. In this way, standard computer supports can easily be fixed with two screws. GrigioCarbonio itself produces a very light dedicated computer support which you can find in our webshop. Computer support predisposition adds about 2 grams of weight to the Integrale handlebar.

Each Integrale handlebar is covered by a regular 2-year warranty, there is also a "crash replacement" policy that allows you to get a discount in case of breakage or accidental damage, or in any case for all cases not covered by the warranty. In order to take advantage of this opportunity (dedicated to the first owner only) it is necessary to send the manufacturer the handlebar to be replaced and provide the same with a purchase receipt.

They are available in various colors (specify the texture, the finish and the desired color in the order notes or by sending us a subsequent communication via e-mail).

The products to be ordered (i.e. those that are not available for immediate delivery in our warehouse) are to be considered made and procured to order and as such fall outside the canonical right of withdrawal for remote sales and require full advance payment. The cash on delivery method is therefore excluded for these products.
