Vivax handlebar has got a smart design and a great look, it's made with very high quality materials, and a superfine manufactoring with a great attention also for small details like usual for very Italian craftman tradition. Beautiful 12k mesh and embossed logo adds a fashion touch.
The greater goal of Vivax handlebars is its exclusive patended "Safety Clip Technology". The handlebars has got a special central insert which allows many advantages :
- A better protection from sharp edges of the stem and its/their front clamp/s
- A better protection from stem overtightening
- A better grip due to the rough surface, so you can also reduce stem torque and handlebar stress
- An easier assembly with a faster centering
This special insert is firmly clamped in place on the handlebar thanks to a special seat on the handlebar. The insert can be easly removed and, if required, changed.
The special insert is available in 2 versions made with two different kind of fibers, both works great, changes only colors and weight :
- Carbon-Kavlar, kevlar yellow color, weight about 2 grams
- Carbon-Titanium, black color, weight about 3 grams
Safety Clip Technology is unic in cycling market and allows a greater safety with a longer component life...not a bad idea for an ultralight and expensive part.

The weight for a 740 mm handlebar is around 102 grams so Vivax T1000 handlebar is one of the lightest on the market. Weight tollerance +/- 5% due to resin concentration inside prepreg.

Vivax Handlebars comes with glossy or matte finishing not only with GrigioCarbonio T1000 12k classic fabrics but also with UD uniderctional fabrics. Graphics are stickers, you can easily remove and change them, you can also choose the color : black, white, gold, acid green, red, orange and other colors.. (please specify it in the order notes and also if you prefer the carbon-kevlar insert or the carbon-titanium one).
