With only 360 grams (28 holes, +/- 5% tolerance), GrigioCarbonio HardWheel AS35 T800 rims are, for their size, some of the lightest and finest on the market.
They're 39 mm wide with 35 mm inner channel and 25 mm height.
They've got asymmetrical shape with 3 mm offset and this allow to obtain a better balancing of spokes tension on both wheel sides. The result is a strong wheel that will maintain spoke tension and truing for a longer time with a great reliability and longevity (spokes are less stressed).
Rim side walls are Hook-less type and they're fully made with well compacted structural fibers without any filling material and or interrupted fibers. This assure a great impact resistance and avoid any risk of de-lamination.
HardWheel AS35 T800 rims are available in 24-28-32 h drilling with 3K Twill fabrics, really elegant and racing at the same time, and matte or glossy finishing choice.
Graphics are sticker type so fully removibile, you can change them if worn out or only to change look. They're are available in many colors directly cutted or printed from 3M high quality vinyls. Please write the color that you prefer in the order notes or let us know your choice through e-mail.
HardWheel AS35 T800 rims are compatible with 29" Tubeless or Tubeless Ready tires (with sealant conversion systems). The rim valve zone has got a special aluminium insert that protect the carbon fiber and assure a better sealing due to the ultra flat surface. The aluminium insert is fully CNC machined with GC milled logo and black anodized finishing for an amazing detailing.
HardWheel rims are monolithic and fully T800 high module fibers made. The oversize shape assure a great stiffness and a greater air volume so you can use lower inflating pressure with better performances (better grip, traction, comfort and puncture resistance).
But the real added value is the working ability, using the best material in the best way, with the best layering compacting the fibers with an autoclave with high pressure and correct temperature. HardWheel AS35 T800 rims are very light and performing but they are safe and reliable at the same time. GrigioCarbonio take particular care about safety, each products is tested before inside the factory and then with external labs able to certify and omologate it according to UNI EN 14XXX standards.
Many race teams and top riders in the age used HardWheel rims and helped to develop them. Their feedback and the continuous product improvement gave birth to an ultralight rim, very strong with a great stiffness and reliability. For this reason there is no any rider weight limit or any other limitation different to max spoke tension and max pressure inflating.

GrigioCarbonio stock wheels use DT Swiss or Extralite)hubs but we can offer you also custom assembling with Carbon-Ti hubs.
