Extralite BlackLock QR15 is an ultralight 15 mm thru axle for DT Swiss, Fox, Rock Shox (also Boost) or Magura forks.
It's fully CNC Al 7075T6 made, machined with extra care with optimized thickness to reduce weight without loose in safety, stiffness and reliability.
It's available in black anodized color with laser etched graphics in these combinations :
- BlackLock 15.1 compatible with DT Swiss XMM 29" Torsion Box forks. locks with 8 mm hex wrench. Total lenght 143 mm , thread lenght 8.7 mm. Thread pitch M15x1.5 mm. Weight 25 gr
- BlackLock 15.3 compatible with Fox 32 forks. Locks with 6 mm hex wrench. Total lenght 146 mm, thread lenght 14.2 mm. Thread pitch M14x1.5 mm. Weight 26.4 gr.
- BlackLock 15.3 B compatible with Fox 32 Boost 15x110 forks. Locks with 6 mm hex wrench. Total lenght 156 mm, thread lenght 14.2 mm. Thread pitch M14x1.5 mm. Weight 28 gr.
- BlackLock 15.4 compatibie with Rock Shox Sid, Sid Ultimate (from 2021), Reba and RS1 forks. locks with 6 mm hex wrench. Total lenght 147 mm, thread lenght 12.2 mm. Thread pitch M15x1.5 mm. Weight 26.7 gr.
- BlackLock 15.4 B compatible with Rock Shox Boost 15x110 forks (not RS-1 and Sid Ultimate from 2021), locks with 6 mm hex wrench. Total lenght 156 mm, thread lenght 12.2 mm. Thread pitch M15x1.5 mm. Weight 29 gr.

With weights from 25 gr. you can save up to 50 gr. from stock heavy axles!
You can lock the axle with a 6 mm hex wrench (8 mm for BlackLock 15.1). To avoid axle torsional stress, hex wrench insert is located to the thread side.
